Liability Thresholds
Intelligent Automatiek shall not be held liable for any data latency, algorithmic inconsistencies, or operational disruptions resulting from the implementation of Smart n8n scenarios with OpenAI. We provide the blueprint; the execution environment remains within the client's jurisdictional control. Any disputes arising from these terms or the information provided regarding Automating AI-based business processes shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and adjudicated within the courts of Amsterdam.
